The Covid-19 pandemic has been one of the most disruptive forces we’ve experienced for a millennium. We’ve endured school closures, lockdowns, and working from home.
As we are social beings, being forced into period of isolation can cause schisms in our behaviours and outlooks, resulting in issues as we re-emerge into our communities.
So how do we make our way back into the world? How do we adapt again?
What just happened is written as a resources, not therapy, and discusses ideas about how we deal with reintegrating back into society as we learn to deal with our new normal.
