Connection Cards

You will be sent a physical pack of 53 connection cards

These cards are designed to support conversations and build rapport during counselling and equine assisted therapy sessions.

On the top left-hand side of each card is a key word and underneath is the general definition.

Questions pertaining to the word are written at bottom of each card to discuss with your client.

You can ask the client to choose a word that they are drawn too or would like to explore.

The word and the questions aim to explore the client's thoughts, feelings and external perspective as well as get to know about horses. There are no right or wrong answers, these cards aim to support a process of understanding how the client interprets their internal world and the world around them.
