I’m really looking forward to working with her over the next few weeks and getting her settled into her new home and helping her learn her role as a Therapy pony. My new little resource book ‘Ten ideas for tryin My new little resource book ‘Ten ideas for trying to cope with the ‘new normal’ following the Covid- 19 pandemic ‘ is in its final draft stage before being published. This little book is a resource and the issues and ideas are compilations of ten of the most common things I’ve heard and read about people trying to cope with since the pandemic started 3 ish years ago. There have been many more issues but for the purpose of condensing information, I’ve tried to put ideas down for coping with a change in mental health, social anxiety, issues from school closures on young people, lockdown fatigue, anger, fear, uncertainty, employment issues, overworking, burnout, grief and loss and growth. It’s a start hopefully for helping a few people with their journey to well-being. Still waiting for final publishing dates. #harnessingwellness
