Late Cancellations
When you don’t provide notice of your cancellation you deprive somebody else of the much-needed opportunity to receive therapy. Cancellation fees are in force as a reminder that appointments are scarce and someone else would appreciate your session if you cannot attend.To avoid cancellation fees simply provide the required notice or convert your session to a Telehealth appointment. We are here to provide therapy and not Charge cancellation fees, please help us to continue doing that. If you do not notify us prior to your session we will charge you the full amount for your session. If you give us notice we will charge you half the session fee or reschedule.
