Harnessing Wellness Weekly is an irregular podcast on topics related to harnessing psychological wellness and equine assisted therapy. We try to be weekly however through the pandemic, working and life sometimes meant a weekly podcast was tricky. We try to discuss a variety of topics on mental health, stress, coping strategies and some challenges related to the pandemic of COVID-19. We also talk about all things horses, as we love them, and Equine Assisted Therapy and how they can be incorporated into therapy. Various equine professionals are interviewed about how they work with horses and care for them in various capacities- stay tuned. This podcast is in no way a substitute for therapy, rather designed for educational and informational purposes.
